With a partner complete:

100 Box Jumps (24″,20″)

100 Power Cleans (115,75)

100 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)

100 Push Press (115,75)

**While one partner works, the other will run a 200m.  The person doing the exercise must work continuously until their partner returns from the run.  All 100 reps must be completed before moving onto the next.  Work of efficiency of movement to knock out as many reps as possible before your partner returns from the run.
