Register for Classes on Mindbody and Post Scores to Whiteboard

Strength:

7 rounds @ 80% of 1 RM

1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Squat Snatch (from the floor)

Complete one round of the above work every 90 seconds.

 

Level 2 WOD:

For time:
100 Handstand Push-ups

**Every time you break on the HSPU, immediately do 10 pistols (L+R=2)

 

Level 1 WOD:

4 rounds:
25 Push Press (75,55)
10 Front Rack Lunges (75,55)(L+R=2)

 

**If you can do 15 unbroken at the above weight, please add 10-20# so that you can only do 5-10 reps per before needing a break.

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: 1 abmat,

MOD 2: 2 abmats, pistols to 3 plates

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: (65,45)

MOD 2: (45,35)

MOD 3: PP(45,35), No weight on lunges
