6 Hanging Hip Touches (L+R=2)
12 Weighted Step-ups (20″ both men and women… hold a (25,20) in each hand, L+R=2)
24 Sit-ups

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: Handstand Shoulder Touches, Pistols to a Ball

MOD 2: Handstand Hand Lifts, Pistols to a Box

 

Level 1 MODS:
