Alternating on the minute for 12 minutes:

15 Wall Balls (25,16)

10 Burpees

35 Double Unders

 

MOD 1: (20,14)

MOD 2: (16,10)

MOD 3: (14,6)

MOD 4: (10,6), 100 singles

 

**For this workout, 3,2,1…go! Complete 15 wall balls and then hold a wall sit until the minute is over. GO… complete 10 burpees and then hold a plank until the minute is over. GO… complete 35 DU or 100 singles and then hold a crab walk position until the minute is over. Repeat the cycle for 12 minutes. Score is your total number of reps completed….. which should mean that everyone has a score of 240 with a Rx or mod after their name.
