Full Hip Extension for Snatch



For time:
120 double-unders
60 chest-to-bar pull-ups
60 hang power snatches
120 double-unders


**For today’s WOD, the snatch weight should be medium-light (somewhere is 95,65 neighborhood as a recommendation). For the snatches, if you fail to get full hip extension, that will be a NO REP today. Your coaches have their eyes on you 🙂 Repition of quality movement patterns creates good muscle memory for WODs to come!
