(The CrossFit Games Open Registration is live at games.crossfit.com. This is the first round of competition for the 2016 CrossFit Games. THIS IS AN ALL LEVELS COMPETITION THAT WE WILL HOLD AT CFJ! Last year they had scaled versions of the workouts in case you couldn’t do moves like muscle-ups. If you want to see how you stack up to CrossFitters in your region, age group, etc. this is an awesome way to do it. It also gives you a fun way to come out and have a blast side by side with all of your fellow CFJ competitors. Again, they have a scaled version, so you have nothing to lose. P.S. In order to do the workouts at CFJ, you do not have to sign up officially online. You can come and play anyway!! Want more info.. ask a coach about it!)

**Women can go to a 9 foot target on the wall balls. Guys, hit the target.

50 Double Unders
Level 2 MODS:
MOD 1: 7 C2B Pull-ups + 7 Unassisted Ring Dips (Do all the pull-ups and then all the dips)
MOD 2: 7 Strict Chin over pull-ups + 7 Shoot-throughs
Level 1 MODs:
MOD 1: 200 Singles, WB (10,6), Push-ups on your Knees
