AMRAP in 2 minutes:

Back Squat

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 2 minutes:

Pull-ups

 

**This is a strategy session. For your back squat, score will be a total amount of load lifted (# reps x weight lifted). Your goal is to maximize this number.  Find the right combo for weight and rep scheme to get as much work done as possible. Do not rip hands on pull-ups.
