At the 8 minute mark begin:

10 Toes to bar
10 Double Unders
8 Toes to Bar

**If you finish the sequence above in less that 8 minutes, start over at 50 DU. Your score will be a max lift and a total number of reps completed for the 8 minute AMRAP.
