“Regionals Event 14.5”

10 rounds for time:

1 legless rope climb (14″…touch the top of the rope, not the bracket)

200 foot sprint

*11 Minute cutoff for this WOD.

MOD 1: 1 legless rope climb to blue tape

MOD 2: Regular Rope Climb  (can use feet)

MOD 3: Regular Rope Climb to blue tape (can use feet)

MOD 4: 5 Rope Pullups… no feet, chin over hands

MOD 5: 5 Jumping Rope Pullups
