WOD… Will be done in 2 heats.  Score is total number of reps completed in the 8 minutes.

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 4 minutes:
24 Double Unders
4 Bar Muscle-ups
then, immediately… at the 4 minute mark begin:

AMRAP in 4 minutes:
8 Stick Jumps (30″ 24″) (Over and Back = 1)
14 Wall Balls (30# Slam Ball, 14# WB)

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 4 minutes:
24 Double Unders
12 Abmat Sit-ups
then, immediately… at the 4 minute mark begin:

AMRAP in 4 minutes:
8 Stick Jumps (24″,20″) (Over and Back = 1)
14 Wall Balls (20,10)

Level 2 MODS: NONE

MOD 1: Strict Pull-ups

**No bands today, you either have it or you don’t.  No shame.
