104 Wall Balls (20,14)
52 Pull-ups

**15 minute cutoff. 3 burpee penalty at the end of the workout for every time you break your wall balls.

 

Level 1 WOD:

35 Wall Balls (16,10)
15 Pull-ups

**15 minute cutoff. 3 burpee penalty for every break in the wall balls at the end of the workout.

30 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)

30 Burpees

30 Sit-ups
