(Getting fit doesn’t always have to be lifting weights, doing cardio, and stretching.  Sometimes, it is good to push your limits in some real life situations, doing things that are fun.  Put your skills to the test in sport!)

Grunt Work Warm-up WOD:

5 rounds for time:

10 Ball Slams

8 Push-ups

1 minute for max burpees

 

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

WOD 1:
5 minute AMRAP
Squat Cleans @ 80% of your 1RM

Rest 5 minutes:

WOD #2:
5 minute AMRAP
Squat Clean and Jerk @ 80% of your 1 RM

MOD 1: 75%

MOD 2: 70%

MOD 3: 65%
