AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
6 Bar Facing Burpees
8 Hang Power Snatch (75,55)
Run 200m

MOD 1: HPS (65,45)

MOD 2: HPS (55,35)

MOD 3: HPS (45,15)

2 x 500m Row
**Row your first 500m, at the 5 minute mark (regardless of how long the first row took), row the second 500m
