Level 1 and 2 WOD:

In teams of 3 complete:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Front Squats (135,95)
**1 Rope Climb each after each set of squats

**All teammates will complete the work above. Partner A will start with the front squats. Partner B will be accumulating as many man-makers as possible and Partner C will be accumulating as many toes to bar as possible, while Partner A completes their squats. The barbell cannot touch the ground EVER. So as soon as Partner A is done with squats, Partner B will take over squats(do not let the bar touch the ground). Partner C will switch to man-makers and Partner A will switch to toes to bar. Follow the pattern. After all athletes have completed their 10 squats, athletes move to the rope climbs. While one person is completing their rope climb, the other partners are holding the barbell off the floor. Continue with the pattern, end on rope climbs. If the barbell touches the ground at any time, all three athletes must stop what they are doing and Run a 400m (one person must piggy back another).
