Level 2 WOD:

30 Overhead Lunges (75,55)(L+R=2)
45 Bar Facing Burpees
60 Thrusters (75,55)
45 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Lunges (75,55)

 

Level 1 WOD:

For time:
30 Front Rack Lunges (45,35)(L+R=2)
45 Bar Facing Burpees
60 Thrusters (45,35)
45 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Overhead Lunges (45,35)

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: OH Lunge and Thruster (45,35)

MOD 2: Thruster (75,55), FRONT RACK LUNGE (115,75)… YES THIS IS HEAVIER THAN RX WEIGHT because the bar is not overhead. I prefer you do OH lunges as opposed to FR lunges if you are able to work your core and overhead position… but perhaps you have a shoulder injury or something that prevents overhead.
