With a partner:

PART A

Partner A: 20 strict HSPU (L2), 10 HSPU (L1)

Partner B: 2 legless rope climbs (L2), 1 Regular Rope Clmb (L1)

Then switch so that both people have done HSPU and ropes

 

THEN…

PART B

20 Partner Burpees Wall Balls (L2-20,16)(L1-10,6)

 

THEN…

PART C

40 Hang Squat Cleans (L2-135,95) (L1-75,55)

 

THEN…

PART D

40 Front Rack Lunges (L+R=2) (L2-135,95) (L1-75,55)

 

Modify as necessary and split the reps evenly on parts b,c,and d. Score is total time to complete all 4 parts.
