Level 2 WOD:

4 x 4 minute rounds of:
15 Wall Balls (25,20)
30 Medicine Ball Cleans (25,20)
Row for max calories
Rest 4 minutes in between each round.

**For this workout, you will complete the 15 WB and 30 MBC. In whatever time you have left until the 4 minute mark, you will row and try to get as many calories as possible. Your score will be the total number of calories rowed during the whole workout.
