AMRAP IN 8 minutes:

5 Power cleans

5 Evil Wheels

5 Power Snatch


**Keep the weight medium-light for the Snatch. You will use the same bar for the cleans, so that should feel light. Try to go touch-n-go on all rounds if possible.


Post WOD mobility session:

stretch, use foam rollers, use bands, use lacrosse balls. Whatever you need to do. Spend a minimum of 20 minutes in a focused mobility session to work on trouble spots.
