5 x 3 minute rounds:
10 Front Squats (80% of your 1RM. Do not go heavier than (185,125))
10 Box Jumps (30″,24″)
Row for max calories in whatever time remains

**Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Your score is the total number of calories rowed. Post what weight you lifted.
