Level 2 WOD:

6 rounds on the 2 minute clock:
4 Cleans (155,105)
8 Pull-ups
Sprint Rig to Wall (Down/Back = 1) for reps

**Complete the 4 cleans 8 pull-ups. Whatever time is left in the 2 minutes, you get to do sprints. Your score for this WOD will be the total number of sprints completed over the entire 12 minute workout.

 

Level 1 WOD:

6 rounds on the 2 minute clock:

6 Pull-ups
Sprint Rig to Wall (Down/Back = 1) for reps
