(Another version of sled pulls that may be the most fun yet!  Way to go Gary!)

Level 2 WOD:

6 x 4 minute rounds
15 Calorie Row
15 Burpees
15 Toes To Bar OR Chest to Bar Pull-ups (you will alternate each round between these two. So 3 rounds of each)

**2 minute rest between rounds. This will take 34 minutes total. You will have 6 scores… a number of reps completed for each round. Each 4 minute section is an AMRAP, so get through it as many times as possible.

 

Level 1 WOD:
