With a partner:

Partner Piggy Back 200m

100 Partner Pushups

Partner Piggy Back 200m

100 Partner Box Jumps

Partner Piggy Back 200m

100 Partner Slam Ball Sit-ups (30,20)

Partner Piggy Back 200m

100 Burpee High Fives

 

**WOD notes:

-Partner Piggy Backs – One person will carry their partner the entire 200m.  On the next round, the other person does the carrying.  Each person will carry their partner twice.

-Partner Push-ups: One partner will do one pushup, while other holds a plank.  Slap hands to tag other partner to do the next rep. Each partner will do 50 total reps, you must alternate every one rep.

-Partner Box Jumps – one box per team. Use the same height.  Alternate reps every one jump.

-Partner Ball Slam Sit-ups – Both partners will do all 100 sit-ups regardless of how is holding the ball.  Pass the ball back and forth after each rep.

-Burpee high Fives- One person will do a burpees.  When they come up for the “jump and clap”, they will jump and high five their partner.  The partner will then drop down into their burpee.  Each person will do 50 burpees and you must alternate every one rep.
