Level 1 & 2 WOD: (this will take 30 minutes)

Every 90 seconds on the 90 second second mark x 20 rounds

28 Double Unders

1 Squat Clean Thruster

**Start at 70% of your 1RM Clean and Jerk (just think what you would do for a regular workout if you don’t know). Add weight every 4 rounds (10%) and try to get as heavy as possible.  Add more often if you need to in order to get as heavy as you can today.  Try to reach 90% or heavier. Score is the heaviest squat clean thruster successfully completed.

 

BOOTCAMP: (this will also take 30 minutes)

Every 90 seconds on the 90 second mark x 15 rounds

Run 200m

Complete as many double unders as possible until the time is up

**Rest 30 seconds between rounds

**Score is total number of double unders completed over the whole workout.

MOD 1: DU attempts

MOD 2: 28 Lateral jumps over the bar (work on rapid firing)
