**For this workout, you will work with a partner. There is a total of 4002m that need to be rowed per person. Throughout the workout, one partner must be on the rower at all times. The other partner will be working on the other exercises until the rowing partners reaches the 2001 mark. You will then switch.

**Each partner will complete all the reps.

**Partner A – rows 2001m

Partner B – Starts with box jumps and works on the sets of 11 and gets as far as they can before their partner finishes rowing.

Switch

Partner A – Starts with box jumps and works on the sets of 11 and gets are far as they can before their partner finishes rowing.

Switch

Partner A – Rows 2001m

Partner B – picks up from where they left off on the sets of 11. They should complete all the exercises at this time.
