AMRAP in 20 minutes:
9 Power Snatch – athlete choice on weight, but encouraging as heavy as possible with good form
11 Ball Slams (30,20)
175m Odd Object Carry- choose one sandbag and another object of your choice
’01 Rope Climb

**The 20 minutes plus to “01 Rope Climb symbolizes the year 2001. 9 reps and 11 reps for the date and the odd object carries represents the rescuers doing what they did best. Remember the day by choosing weights and objects that best allow you to honor the memory of the lost.

**Modify the rope climbs with partial climbs or 3 assisted Rope Climbs
