(Ethan S. did an awesome obstacle course workout during his personal training session on Tuesday. He is working to train his explosiveness in order to take his cross country and track game to the next level. So much fun!)

**For this workout, you will complete 9 ST, 9 PP, 7ST, 7PP, 5 ST, 5PP, then rest 2 minutes and then start over from the top. You will complete the entire sequence a total of 3 times. You will have 3 scores today so that we can see how your stamina is holding up.

POST WOD MOBILITY WORK:
