At CrossFit Julia it is our vision to see everyone who walks through our doors have a life changing transformation both inside and outside the gym. So, we introduce to you, Outside the Box WODs.  Designed to help you set, achieve, and stay accountable to the goals you have outside the box as well as inside it.

OTBWOD #1

Fill out the two wheels below.  The middle of the circle represents a zero, or the least satisfied place you could be with that particular area of life or in the gym.  the outside of the circle represents a 10, or the most satisfied place you could be with that particular area of life or in the gym.

Rate yourself with a dot on each spoke of the wheel and then connect your dots.  Do you have a nice big, smooth wheel?  Or is it a lopsided, small, bumpy ride?

To get credit for this WOD, create 3 goals for inside the box and 3 goals for outside the box based your wheels.  Post your 6 goals to the CFJ Community of Greatness Facebook Page.
