MOD 2: SS (95,65), MU (Green Band PU and Box Dips with feet on another box)

MOD 3: SS (75,55), MU (Med. Black Band PU and Box Dips with feet on 2 plates)

MOD 4: SS (55,35), MU (Large Black Band PU and Box Dips-straight legs on floor)

MOD 5: PVC, MU (Ring rows and box dips)
