Kettlebell Snatch (53, 35)… L + R = 2

The ladder rep count is:

12,12,12

….. increase 3 reps each time until the 13 minutes expires.  Score is total number of reps completed.

 

MOD 1: WJ (Small, Jump Up and Hold), GM (35, 15), KBS (35, 20)

MOD 2: WJ (Jump Up and Hold), GM (PVC), KBS (10# DB)
