Practice working the negative back down to the ground instead of dropping the bar at the top of the deadlift – maintaining engaged lats/glutes/hamstrings on the way back down. No rounded backs!

“One plate, one rope, 250 reps”

Plate weight RX: 35#/25#

For time:

10 lunges with plate locked out overhead (L+R = 1)

20 double unders

30 ground-to-overhead with plate

40 double unders

50 russian twists with plate (L+R = 2)

40 double unders

30 ground-to-overhead with plate

20 double unders

10 lunges with plate locked out overhead (L+R = 1)

**note that on the lunges L+R = 1 but on the twists L+R = 2
