Inspired by “Hammer”
5 rounds of:
5 power cleans
10 front squats
5 jerks (push jerk or split jerk)
20 pushups
Rest 90 seconds between rounds

Score is total time to finish 5 rounds including rest

 

POST-WOD
2 minutes – foam roll calves and hamstrings
2 minutes—foam roll quads and outer thighs
2 minutes—foam roll lats (1 minute on each side)
2 minutes—chest stretch on rig (1 minute each side)
