This WOD is done completely on the floor, hence the “anchor” in the title. It is perfect for being done in a hotel room, without disturbing other guests. All the exercises have 12 reps because Angkor Wat, a Hindu temple in Siem Reap, Cambodia, was built in the 12th century.
