(Learning new movements is hard!  Did you know that the first several weeks of your training is often reflected by changes in your nervous system teaching your muscles how to move in a new way.  This is often why you don’t see massive physical changes in the first month of a new program.  BUT, you usually notice that instead of being totally uncoordinated, you start to get more coordinated.  This is the results of the change of the nervous system.  Here are Paul and Debbie learning a new movement.  Doesn’t matter who you are, how old you are, or what how fit you are… learning a new movement keeps the brain and body fresh and is something we do at CrossFit Julia all the time!  Way to go guys!)

Level 2 WOD:

MOD 2: FC (10# in each hand), PC & PJ (empty bar), lateral bar step-overs (1 foot take off or landing)
