Strength Session:

1 Snatch Balance + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch

**Complete the above sequence 9 times

**Start with 50% of your 1RM Snatch and add weight after each successful sequence. Work up to your heaviest for the day. Technique is king today, focus on getting the movement patterns correct.

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

2 Rope Climbs (as few pulls as possible)

4 Thrusters (medium weight)

6 Toes To Bar
