Skills session:
Rope Climbs
(Skilled climbers can practice legless or starting from a seated position)

WOD: You can start off the racks today as long as we have enough for everyone in class. Share bars if necessary, but make sure the weight is on point for yourself.

 

Level 2 WOD:
3 rounds for time:
6 Rope Climbs (1 pull, 2 pulls)
25 Back Squats @ 50% of 1RM

Level 1 WOD:
3 rounds for time:
6 Assisted Rope Climbs (up/down=1)
25 Back Squats @ 50% of 1RM

Level 2 MODS:
MOD 1: Rope (as many pulls as needed)
