During this month of tricks and treats, we will be focusing on mastering our CrossFit skills.  One of the best ways to do this is to focus on it and practice several times per week.  Need specific coaching on how to accomplish one of these skills… SIGN UP FOR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS.
