(Jay was the first person to tackle 15.3! Looked brutal, but he definitely learned along the way.  WOD strategy will be a HUGE factor in this WOD.  Take some time to map out a game plan for yourself and lets get after it Saturday!)

Level 2 WOD

10 Kettlebell Snatch (53,35)(L+R=2)
5 Stone Shoulders (115,70)

 

Level 1 WOD

5 Stone Shoulders (70,40)

MOD 1: KB Snatch (35,20)

MOD 2: KB Snatch (20,18), Stone (70,40)
