20 Pull-ups

30 Push-ups

40 Sit-ups

50 Squats

*Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

MOD 1: Green Band Pullups

MOD 2: Black Band Pullups

MOD 3: Jumping Pullups, Knee Pushups
