(Sometimes, when we push ourselves to our limits, we will make mistakes.  We have to get back up and try again.  The next time around, the lessons we learned from our mistake turn a mishap into perfection! Don’t be afraid to test your limits.  All growth happens outside of the comfort zone.) 

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

Minutes 0-10 complete:

1 mile run and then as many reps as possible in the time remaining of Clean and Jerks (135,95)

Minutes 10-13 REST

Minutes 13-20 complete:

800m Run and then as many reps as possible in the time remaining of Power Snatch (115,75)

Minutes 20-23 REST

Minutes 23-27 complete:

400m Run and then as many reps as possible in the time remaining of Thrusters (95,65)

 

**Your scores will be total reps for C&J, Snatch, and Thrusters separately (3 different scores).

 

BOOTCAMP:

Follow the sequence above, but for the rounds, the movements will be:

Wall Balls (25,20)

KB Snatch (53,35)..alternate hands as necessary

Double Crunches holding a 10#,6# wall ball in the hands

 

MOD 1: CJ(115,75), PS (95,65), TH (75,55)

MOD 2: CJ (95,65), PS (75,55), TH (45,35)

MOD 3: CJ (75,55), PS (45,35), TH (45,35)
