3 Rounds
30 seconds of flutter kicks (lying on back, straight legs, feet lifted ~1 ft off the floor)
30 sec of situps
30 sec of plank elbows on floor position moving to plank pushup position and back to elbow… repeat until 30 seconds ends
Rest 30 seconds between rounds (no rest between exercises)

This is a 6 minute core WOD, please post when you complete this and number of times during the week you have completed it. (Goal is 5+ times weekly)
