**We will do a strength session prior to the WOD**

Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
Box Jump Overs (30″,24″)
Power Snatch (95,65)
**Rep Count – 3,3,6,6,9,9….. repeat for 8 minutes to get as many reps as possible.

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
Box Jumps (24″,20″)
Power Snatch (45,35)
**Rep Count – 3,3,6,6,9,9….. repeat for 8 minutes to get as many reps as possible.

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1:  BJO (24″,20″), PS (75,55)

MOD 2: BJ) (20″, 3 plates), PS (65,45)

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: BJ (20″, 3 plates), PS (35,15)

MOD 2: BJ (3 plates, 2 plates), PS (PVC)
