Level 1 & 2 WOD:

5 x 3 minute AMRAPs

10 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)

20 Calorie Row

30 Lateral Hurdle Jumps (L+R=2)

Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs.

 

**You will have 5 different scores today and your goal is to stay consistent or improve  upon each round. And, get the blood flowing after 17.1.  So choose weights and a pace that will allow you to get loosened back up.
