Strength Session:

1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Hang squat Clean

**7 Rounds of the sequence above. Start at 65% of your 1RM and add weight each round.

**In between sets, hold a 10 second L-sit or tuck sit on Rings

 

WOD:

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

1 Down/Back Bodyweight Sled Pull

2 Bodyweight Back Squats

3 Ring Muscle-ups

 

**Modify MU with 3 Ring Dips each round of you cannot do MU
