(Steve went from single-double-single-double to linking 2 consecutive double unders on Monday!  Small daily improvements are what this is all about and how we can surely achieve all of our goals.  Congrats Steve on being a better today than you were yesterday!)

Level 2 WOD

AMRAP in 3 minutes:
21-15-9
Box Jumps (30″,24″)
Wall Balls (20,16)
Rest 3 minutes in between rounds

**If you complete the 21-15-9 sequence before 3 minutes, you can add the remaining time to your rest break.  DO NOT START OVER.

 

Level 1 WOD

3 rounds:

15-12-9
Box Jumps (24″,20″)
Wall Balls (16,10)
Rest 3 minutes in between rounds
