For Time:
1-10 Box Jumps (30″,24″)
10-1 Kettlebell Swings (70,53)
Run 200m after each round

**For this workout, you will start with 1 box jump, 10 KBS, and then Run.  Then 2 BJ, 9 KBS, Run, etc.  Go fast and unbroken today!

MOD 1: BJ (24″,20″), KBS (53,35)

MOD 2: BJ (20″, 3 plates), KBS (35,20)

MOD 3: BJ (3 plates, 2 plates), KBS (20, 18)
