(Hunter has the eye of the tiger during the sled pushes last week.  Trying something new requires different methods of making it happen.  During this WOD Hunter employed several different tactics to get that sled to move.  Way to be resourceful and full of perseverance until it did what you wanted it to do!)

10 Strict Pull-ups

10 Knees to Elbows

Level 2 MODS: None

 

Level 1 MODS:

MOD 1: Kipping Pull-ups

MOD 2: Green Band Strict Pull-ups (no bouncing)

MOD 3: Medium Black Band Strict Pull-ups (no bouncing)

MOD 4: 5 Assisted Rope Climbs, Hanging Leg Raises Or v-ups
