WOD:

With a partner complete:

100 Box Jumps

100 Wall Balls

100 Kettlebell Swings

100 Ball Slams

 

**While one partner works, the other will run a 200m.  The person doing the exercise must work continuously until their partner returns from the run.  All 100 reps must be completed before moving onto the next.  Work on efficiency of movement to knock out as many reps as possible before your partner returns from the run.
