(Britt has been maintaining her foundation in personal training as she is preparing for her marathon.  It’s coming up close.  She has worked on improving her weakness, achieved her rope climb goal, and has made huge gains in her squat technique!  Sometimes a focus effort will make a huge difference in your overall game.  Way to go Britt!)

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 30 minutes:
Run 400m
3x Sled Push Down/Back (**starting weight is 90,70 on the sled)(D/B=1)

**You will increase the weight on the sled each round. Your score today will be the number of rounds completed and the heaviest weight pushed (do not add the weight of the sled)

**your goal should be to sprint or a fast run on the 400s. No regular job pace. Use the sled push time as a recovery for the run. So push the pace on the 400s.
