Level 2 WOD:

100 Burpee Double Unders for time

**Here are two videos that show some different techniques based on where the rope is placed during the burpee.  Figure out which one is more efficient for you and go from there.

 

Level 1 WOD:

3 Rounds:
25 Burpees
25 Double Unders

– Calf stretch on stairs – 1 minute each side, Foam Roll Calves and Shins – 2 minutes each side, 1 minute in each position
