PART A: (Max Clean and Jerk completed  last on December 10, 2014.. click here to see results)
15 minutes to reach a max Clean and Jerk
then… using 70-75% of of that max, complete:
AMRAP in 4 minutes
Clean and Jerk

3 sets for total calories:
1 minute row for max calories
Rest 3 minutes between sets
